FREE DELIVERY is available for most of our garden log cabin range within the UK mainland (Please read note below).

Unless otherwise stated the price includes delivery to the UK and VAT, no other charges are added during the checkout.

We try to keep our delivery times as accurate as possible, however these are only estimated times and products can sometimes arrive sooner than expected. Delays in delivery can occur, these are usually  beyond our control. If the delivery time is important, then please contact us prior to ordering so that we will be able to advise you if your request is possible.

Our suppliers use a number of delivery services these will depend on the nature of the products ordered.

Some suppliers use their own vehicles, carriers or the Royal mail. If you are ordering larger items like sheds, log cabins, summerhouses or garages, consideration should be given to the weight and size of the building. Some suppliers will place the delivery where you want it within reason.

Deliveries of very heavy or bulky buildings are delivered to the kerbside, unless otherwise agreed in advance, please be aware there may be a surcharge for unloading other than the kerbside.

 If you have restricted access please let us know at the time of ordering.

Please Note: Some manufacturers' have special delivery policies there may be an additional delivery surcharge in certain areas of the UK e.g. Scotland, Highlands, Northern Ireland, occasionally difficult parts of Cornwall & Wales. If you know you are in a difficult delivery area please enquire when placing your order.
